Allocation
As space at the conference is limited, there will only be 10 display tables available. Please use the form below to reserve your table before 31st May.
If your society would like more than one table and additional tables are still available after 31st May, you will be allocated a second table.
Set up
The Conference will begin after the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BLHA, which is scheduled from 9:30 to 10:00. Stands can be set up starting at 8:00, but all work on stands and displays must be completed by 9:25 to ensure a prompt start to the AGM.
