Our aim is to promote cooperation and communication between our members.

The events we organise include walks, lectures, visits, educational workshops, exhibitions and conferences.

We keep our members informed through our newsletter, History in Bedfordshire, through which they can exchange news and views and publish brief articles. We can also provide information and assistance in the study of local history.

Membership is open to individuals, societies and other bodies. Individuals belonging to member organisations are automatically members of the Association.

Our annual subscription (1st April to 31st March) is £5 for individuals or £10 for societies and other organisations.
